Reusing data

Save your orders directly in the software and take advantage of the many automatic controls: has the same title not already been ordered, is there an available acquisition credit, have the previous orders been delivered by the supplier...

Define your acquisition policy using budgets established at the beginning of the year. Each order will reduce the available amount of the corresponding budget. Thanks to a dashboard of your expenses, you get a warning should you exceed your acquisition credit.

BiblioMaker helps you in the follow-up of your orders and generates reminders (by mail or e-mail) for suppliers if they do not deliver your order on time.

Upon receipt of an order, you reuse its data for cataloguing and simply fill in the missing data.
